within walking distance to skateway forum and within only 5 minutes walk of chalet joliot-curie. lac biollay is near the hotel. it was definitely 5 stars for us.

The interiors were quite nice and well decorated. The fact that the hotel was located right on the slopes was a bonus, making it easy to go skiing. The ski room and its staff were excellent, very polite and helpful.

The service was quite chaotic in the restaurants, with tables left with dirty plates and cups for a long time. The room had a small window with a poor view, and the staff seemed inexperienced.

This ski-in, ski-out hotel offers beautifully decorated interiors and amazing views of the slopes. The attentive staff, particularly in the ski room, reception and concierge, made the stay especially enjoyable. The breakfast service was delightful, featuring a plethora of options and an inviting atmosphere. The quality of the food in the restaurant was inconsistent, but the young staff delivered excellent service.

We also enjoyed the amazing view from our room and the relaxing atmosphere.

We loved staying at this hotel! We were able to ski right in and out from our room which was incredibly convenient. The staff were exceptional and made us feel right at home. They knew our names from the first day and everyone was so friendly. The concierge was incredible - they were able to get us anything we needed, including a special item we were looking for. The rooms were stunning and each one had its own unique layout and decor.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything to dislike about this hotel.

This luxurious venue exceeded our expectations with their outstanding service and a vast Spa & wellness centre. We relished the indoor swimming pool, Sauna, and a wide selection of massages, facials, and beauty treatments. The sun terrace offers a stunning view of the location and made us feel relaxed and truly pampered. The hotel's restaurant provided us with an exquisite continental breakfast and a top-rated snack bar, along with special diet menus available upon request. Above all, the room advantages were simply superb with exclusive amenities and private facilities.

We experienced a delay in room service, but fortunately, it was just a minor issue that the hotel staff resolved promptly. The hotel has an excellent reputation for their entertainment, but during our stay, there was no live entertainment available.
